Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid coaching sessions and package bookings delivered by Vorzelynthrelau.

Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. We will offer the next available suitable time slot.

Cancellations by client

Cancellations more than 24 hours before a session are eligible for full credit transfer. Cancellations within 24 hours are generally non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Service adjustments

If a session cannot proceed due to provider-side issues, the session will be rescheduled or refunded in full based on client preference.

Refund requests

Refund requests for unused prepaid sessions can be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase, subject to review of sessions already delivered.

New Zealand consumer framework

This policy is applied consistently with rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where those laws apply.

Data and records

Administrative records related to cancellations and refunds are stored for accounting and legal compliance periods, then securely removed according to retention schedules.
